Your statements explained

To find your statements:

Sign in to your Bridger account https://www.bridgermusic.io/
Click on "My Statements"

On the tab "Copyright Royalty Statements", you can see the full amount of royalties, per royalty distribution date.

In the example below you can see that:

we distributed on 28/07/2023, (Creation Date),
from US and only for the Mechanical rights (Description),
and the total amount distributed to the artist is 589.61 (Net Amount).

This is the total amount that you will receive. Bridger has already deducted the 10% for our services.

On the tab " Account Statements" you can have a more detailed view, per Streaming platform.

To better understand this page start reading from the lower part of the screen to the upper.

In the example below you can see that:

On Jul 31 (Allocation Date)
we received for this member 25,65 euros (Transaction in green color),
from the Streaming platform Pandora (Operation)
We then deduct 10% for our services (Transaction in red color).

In the first line, you can see that this artist has already requested to be paid the total amount of 589.62 euros, and now his balance is 0.00 euros (Withdrawal).

In this example, on gray you can see "Payment Processing" This is the status of the payment.

We have two statuses for the payment

Payment processing, for the time that our accounting team needs to realize the payments
Paid, when the payment to your account has been done.

Why have I not received my payment yet?

We try to realize all payments between the 1st and 10th day of each month.

If you have not received your payment after the 15th of the month please notify us by sending an email to: distributions@bridgermusic.io

We advise you to include in your communication a photo of official documentation such as an ID card, Passport, or driver's license, to facilitate the process.

How Can I Remove my Bank Account?

You can change your Bank Details through your Bridger account, but you can not remove them. To remove your Bank Details please contact customer support to help you out: Customer Support

How I change my Bank Account details?

To update your bank details and make sure you continue to receive the payment of your copyright, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Bridger account
Click on "My Account"
Select "Bank Details" on the left menu
Edit your information, then click on "Save Changes" to confirm the update

NOTE: If you want to change the format of your bank account, first you need to update your address in your personal information.

Also, make sure that you do not make any changes to your bank details after you clicked the "Get Paid" button. Bridger will proceed with the payment to the account registered at the moment you send your payment request and no changes can be made from that moment.

How Can I Remove my Bank Account?

The first payment will be realized 7-9 months after you have signed up and submitted your first works.

During this time, we verify your account, sync our databases with our partners, get your usage reports, and finally be able to pay out our artists.

After that first period, payments are done quarterly or monthly depending on your type of contract.

How long will take for me to receive a payment after I clicked on "Get Paid" button?

By clicking on the "Get Paid" button, you send us your request to be paid. Please make sure that you send us your request before the end of each month.

We try to realize our payments between the 1st and 10th of each month.

So, if we receive your payment request after the end of the month, your payment might realized in next month's scheduled payment period.

Please allow 3-5 days more which is the average time that your bank will need to make this payment available to your account.
