PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Your first payment with Bridger will be processed within 7-9 months after you have signed up and submitted your first works.

During this time, we verify your account, sync our databases with our partners, get your usage reports, so that we are able to finally pay your royalties.


After that first period, payments are usually processed on a quarterly or monthly or monthly basis, depending on your type of contract. We aim to finalize all payments between the first 10 working days of the month.
If you have not received your payment after the 15th of the month please contact us.

We recommend you to include in your communication a photo of official documentation such as an ID card, Passport, or driver's license, to verify your identity. 

The minimum royalties threshold to withdraw is 20 EUR. 


REQUEST A PAYMENT

To request a payment of your royalties:

  1. Navigate to your Bridger dashboard and click on the My Statements tab of the navigation menu.
  2. If your balance is higher than 20 EUR, you will be able to click  on the Get Paid button.

This will action will send us your request to be paid. 

Please make sure that you send us your request before the end of each month. We try to realize our payments within the first 10 working days of the month.

If we receive your payment request after the end of the month, your payment might realized in next month's scheduled payment period.
Please allow 3-5 days more which is the average time that your bank will need to make this payment available to your account. 

BRIDGER STATEMENTS EXPLAINED

To find your statements:


  1. Sign in to your Bridger account
  2. Navigate to the My Statements tab on the navigation menu,
  3. In the Copyright Royalty Statements section, you can see the full amount of royalties, per royalty distribution date.
    1. Creation date: The date when the royalties were distributed to your Bridger account.
    2. Statement identifier: The statement ID.
    3. Description of the rights collected: Mechanical or Performing Rights
    4. Net amount due to you: The amount in the overview is the total  that you will receive. Bridger's revenue share has already deducted.
  5. In the  Account Statements tab, you can see a more detailed view of your royalties per streaming platform, including
    1. Allocation Date: The date when the funds were received by Bridger
    2. Operation:  The type of operation:
      1. Attribution: The full amount received by a specific streaming platform.
      2. Commission: The revenue share due to Bridger from the collected royalties.
    4. Transaction: The royalty amount.
    5. Balance:  Your current account balance 
    6. Status: Once you request a payment of your royalties, the operation will have one of these two statuses:
      1. Payment processing, for the time that our accounting team needs to realize the payments
      2. Paid, when the payment to your account has been done
